Shells and drums from SAUERESSIG can be used in all common production lines, either self-supporting or drawn onto a support drum. All imaginable hole geometries are possible through the laser-supported manufacturing process.
A new development from SAUERESSIG is a unique support drum with the reproduction of a wire support fabric structure. Here a 100 % endless-seamless production guarantees absolute minimum diameter tolerances. This results in a virtually play-free seat of the Micro-Porous-Shell (MPS). Also hexagonal or rhombic forms with various angles can be produced. This guarantees a plus of open area. Furthermore the use of the wire support fabric can be dispensed with. By using the SAUERESSIG support drums, you will achieve an improved and perfectly fitting seat of your MPS, paired with reduced wear and faster change.
All shells and drums, from the MPS to the base respectively support drums up to the high-quality 3-D structured drums distinguish themselves through their non-oxidising metallic surfaces with a long working life cycle.
Its activity
Printing formes for the gravure, flexo and rotary screen printing, sleeve systems, machines, installations and embossing rollers are the centre of gravity of the programme of the Saueressig-consortium, founded 1953.
